Takeover of two companies to develop our plant sectors…

François DEQUESNE and Vincent SEPIETER, partners in Gelpass group,
have taken over the companies Délivert and Compagnie des produits sauvages.

Based in Plouhinec (56), Délivert cleans, trims, cuts, and packages raw, pasteurized, or pickled vegetables. With a 5,000 m² plant on a 2.5 ha site, the company processes 3,500 tons of vegetables, legumes, and cereals, condiments (gherkins, spring onions, pickles).

It has also developed a range of processed products consisting of cooked mixes and vegetables for stuffing. The objective is to develop the markets by creating synergies with Gelpass Group and to open up to the 4th range (raw, ready-to-use) and 5th range (cooked, ready-to-use) businesses.

These companies acquisition allows Gelpass Group to continue its development work in the sector with a Breton establishment and a tool that will enable it to produce organic products of French origin.

Based in the Lot (46), CPS is an important actor in sourcing and distribution of woodland mushrooms on the French market and for export.

This company also benefits from a wide range of dried and sterilized forest mushrooms for industry and distribution. CPS has an industrial site specialized in the selection, grading, processing to specifications, and packaging of exceptional products.

The objective is to develop the markets by creating synergies with Gelpass Group and to continue the development of complementary plant chains to serve industrialists, catering professionals, and specialized distribution daily.
