INNOVATION: With the entire R&D team, we are constantly on the lookout for market developments. We work with external consultants, MOFs, cooks, pastry chefs, nutritionists, etc. We seek to stay ahead of trends, while continually looking for ways to improve our processes.
QUALITY: We work on all aspects of food safety and changing expectations: channels, regulatory changes, audits, certifications, training, etc.
