Fresh quinoa salad

A colorful quinoa recipe, perfect for this summer season

  • Cook 2 glasses of quinoa in a pot of boiling water for 12 minutes. Drain and drain adding 1 spoon of olive oil and let cool.
  • In the meantime, peel a grapefruit, shell a pomegranate, and some hazelnuts.
  • Peel an avocado, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Once the quinoa has cooled, mix all the ingredients.
  • Season and add a classic vinaigrette with the juice of half a lemon and chopped basil.
