Aromatic herbs

Aromatic herbs are leafy plants used to flavour and season food. They generally come from the fresh or dried leaves of herbaceous plants, often cultivated for their aromatic properties. Among the most commonly used aromatic herbs are basil, rosemary, thyme, coriander, mint, parsley, chives and many others.

Each of these herbs offers distinct flavors and aromas, making it possible to create an infinite number of combinations to enhance the taste of dishes.

Aromatic herbs are generally undemanding in terms of soil and growing conditions, but most prefer well-drained, sunny soil.

The harvesting period for aromatic herbs varies according to plant and region, but they are often at their best just before flowering, when their essential oils are most concentrated.

Some herbs, such as parsley and chives, can be harvested all year round, while others, such as basil and rosemary, are more sensitive to the cold and may have a more limited growing season.

Drops Drops offer a practical and effective alternative to fresh herbs and traditional IQF herbs. Their particular compact, fiber-free form, the result of a sophisticated production process, offers many advantages.

Indeed, a major advantage of drops is their ease of use. Drops are easy to proportion, and their complete dissolution during preparation ensures even distribution of flavors in dishes, without altering the consistency or texture of preparations.

Last but not least, the storage of drops is much easier, as they take up relatively less space. This translates into savings in logistics costs and improved inventory management.

Versatile and suitable for a multitude of recipes, herb drops can be incorporated into a variety of dishes. The sophisticated cold production process guarantees maximum flavor and optimal color preservation of the herbs. Whether in ready meals, soups, pestos, pastas, vinaigrettes, marinades, spreads or beverages such as juices, sorbets, cocktails or smoothies, drops add a touch of authenticity and aromatic intensity.

Drops are available ready-to-use in 5g or 20g portions in 300g sachets or 10kg cartons.

Our products can be stored at -18°C and have a guaranteed shelf life of 12 months.
