Mango and orange panna cotta

A dessert that is sure to please ? This one : Panna cotta

Cut a ripe mango into cubes and stew for 10min in a saucepan over medium heat, adding 25g brown sugar. Let it cool. Meanwhile, soften 4 sheets of gelatin in water. Set aside.
Boil 60cL of full cream with 1 vanilla pod and 70g of sugar.
Incorporate 3 gelatin sheets in the preparation obtained (when it is hot but not boiling).
Take the remaining gelatin sheet and incorporate it into the juice of 2 oranges heated in the pan. Assemble the dessert by alternating layers and let it set in the refrigerator overnight.
