Stuffed butternut squash, sweet and sour recipe

Want a simple and very autumnal recipe with butternut? You’ll love it.
Scoop out a butternut squash with a melon baller to obtain butternut balls.
In your hollowed-out squash, put the balls, sliced button mushrooms, cooked cranberries, and roasted pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
Bake for 30 minutes at 160°C.
